Coronavirus update from Process One
We are fully operational, and we continue to take and complete orders, including online photo print orders, as well as film processing and video transfer orders. Most online print jobs will still ship within one business day, but film processing, printing, and scanning turn-around times have been impacted.
While America has been staying at home cleaning out closets and finding film, slides, negatives and photos, we have been flooded with orders. As a result, our normal film processing turn-around times
have been impacted. You can find our current film processing turn-around times here.
We are working hard to get all orders completed and shipped back as fast as possible.

Following both local and national guidance, we have taken the following steps to ensure that our staff, customers, and your orders are safe:
• Regular sanitizing of surfaces and packaging.|
• Frequent, scheduled hand washing.
• Proper social distancing between work stations.
• Screening all employees daily for health risks and COVID-19 symptoms.
